Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By ordering, accessing, or using any service provided through cryptoip.io ("we", "us", "the Service"), you ("you", "the Customer") agree to these Terms of Service and to our Acceptable Use Policy System status (the "AUP"), which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. Definitions
- Service — the compute, network, storage, and application products offered through cryptoip.io, including virtual servers (VPS), VPN endpoints, game servers, CDN, one-click applications, and managed Kubernetes.
- Order — a request you submit and pay for through our checkout.
- Content — any data, code, media, or traffic you store, transmit, or serve using the Service.
- Node / PoP — a point of presence in our global network.
3. The Services
We provide automated, self-service hosting infrastructure across multiple regions. Products are provisioned programmatically, typically within minutes of a confirmed payment. Product specifications, regions, and pricing are described at checkout and may change over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue products with reasonable notice where practicable.
4. Eligibility & accounts
You must be of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. We operate a privacy-respecting, low-friction ordering model and do not require identity verification for standard products. This is a privilege, not a shield: you remain fully responsible for all activity conducted through your services, and we cooperate with valid legal process. You are responsible for safeguarding any credentials, keys, or configuration files we issue to you. We are not liable for loss resulting from your failure to secure them.
5. Payment & billing
Services are billed in advance and paid in supported cryptocurrencies through our payment gateway. Prices are quoted in USD and converted at checkout.
- Confirmation. Orders may be provisioned on zero-confirmation or first-confirmation of payment at our discretion. You are responsible for sending the exact invoiced amount from a wallet you control.
- Underpayment / overpayment. Underpaid invoices will not provision until settled. Overpayments are not automatically refunded; contact support.
- Renewals. Services do not auto-renew unless expressly offered. You are responsible for renewing before expiry. Expired services may be suspended and then deleted along with their data.
- Taxes. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to you.
6. Refunds
Because services are provisioned on demand and paid in cryptocurrency, all payments are final and non-refundable except where required by law or where we fail to deliver a paid service and cannot remedy the failure within a reasonable period. If provisioning fails on our side, we will re-provision or, at our option, credit or refund the affected order. We do not provide refunds for services suspended or terminated for AUP violations.
7. Provisioning & your content
You retain all rights to your Content. You grant us the limited technical rights necessary to host, transmit, cache, and back up your Content solely to operate the Service. You are solely responsible for your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to use, store, and distribute it.
8. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy System status. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund. Certain categories of abuse (for example, child sexual abuse material, network attacks, or fraud) will additionally be reported to the appropriate authorities.
9. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate any service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe it: (a) violates these Terms or the AUP; (b) poses a security, legal, or reputational risk to us, our network, or others; (c) is the subject of a valid legal demand; or (d) remains unpaid. Where practical and safe, we will give notice and an opportunity to cure. You may cancel a service at any time; cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of prepaid fees except as described in section 6.
10. Availability
We operate a redundant multi-region network and target high availability, but the Service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. Unless a specific written service-level agreement (SLA) applies to your order, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, and events outside our reasonable control may cause downtime.
11. Data & backups
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. Unless a backup product is explicitly included in your order, we do not guarantee retention or recoverability of your data. Upon termination or expiry, your data and instances may be permanently deleted.
12. Privacy
We collect the minimum information needed to operate the Service and process payments. We do not sell your data. Our handling of information will be described in a Privacy Policy published on this site. We disclose information only where compelled by valid legal process or to protect the Service, our users, or the public.
13. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR ERROR-FREE.
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE AFFECTED SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms, the AUP, or applicable law.
16. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION — to be set by operator], without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts located in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
